[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

Respective Sir,
Sir when i am pursuing mba distance learning course from icfai. The icfai has made some rule of credit card and he registered and enrolled of exam by credit card. We are not interested of credit card But they made a Student Card of icfai from Andhra Bank. when i am deley one month they charge some extra amount i am a student that periode how to i pay that extra charges that put by credit card company i am so angery and i am not intersted to pay that amount but after some periode i give 75% of amount and rest amount i want to pay after some periode. rest amount i think is a 2000 or 2500 but the amount is increse day per day when the next bill come the charges more amount i am so angery that moment and the bill is now 16, 500. Sir Suggest my what i do. Please the put some pressure in my head. And i am not capable pay that.

sir i was make a tranjection on date 2/12/2009 time 1:00pm from the SBI ATM Rampur Maniharan (Saharanpur) of Rs 5000. but monay was not come out from the
ATM and monay was dedected from the a/c. i complain to the SBI ATM at that time but no one give the right solution.
please check the detail where is problum and give back my monay as soon as posible.

With due respect, it is being brought to your kind notice that on date 02-12-09 at 1 pm, I was taking out Rs 5000=00 ( five thousand only )
from SBI ATM located at Rampur Maniharan Saharanpur. Unfortunately the amount could not be delivered by the machine and no slip was out.
This I have informed to the respective care taker, he was telling this is happening with so many people as all the ATM's are having problem.

But surprise to see that the amount was debited my allahabad bank a/c[protected] .

The application for the regularization was given to the concerned branch on 15-12-09, but till date no action has so far been taken.

I need your help in this regard, I found yr main address from site and putting forward my case. Kindy extend your support and guide me for further action.

Indian Bank — deduction of money in atm

sir,
my name is suraj singh negi.. i had a indian bank account no[protected]..... while withdraing money from ur bank atm (connaught place.. barahkhamba road) new dehi...... from my indian bank ATM..... 5000 rupp has been dedected from my saving acc... though i havnt got any cash....... the slip what comes out from atm printed that 5000r has been debited and at the bottom writeen "UNBLE TO PROCESS".... i checked my balance from sbi atm then i came to know that 5000 r has been dedected by corp bank atm.....

atm card — Deducted money from my account

I have drwan Rs5000/- from SBI atm noS1CN00010207 on dated 5-4-2010 but no cash collected and display shows "sorry unable to process" where as amount deducted from my saving A/C No. [protected] at Bijauli Jhansi branch.Kindly help to retun the amount Rs 5000/- in my A/C please.

SBI — cash deducted from account but did not received the cash while operating on sbi ATM

today on 8 april, while operating on sbi ATM for the purpose of withdrawing cash from my account, i encountered a problem that i didnot recieved the hard cash but the amount money is deducted from my account.

I tried to get money amout is 10000 from my atm of State bank of india on 13th of april mat midnight but what happpened that i got the receipt with the details that i got the amount but infact i didnt get ait at all... .....kindly request you to hel;p me out in this problem....

My Self Touseef Hussain working as RESEARCH FELLOW(RF), at CENTRAL POTATO RESEARCH INSTITUE CAMPUS, Modipuram,Meerut-250110,U.P. I am a customer of your reputed bank SBI, A/C No. - [protected].I had filed two complained against SBI, Palhera & Meerut Cantt., Meerut. The problem was that, on 05-11-09, Rs.2000/- was withdrawal through SBI ATM(1384,8 ATM,at 8:23 am), after that at noon I made an entry into the pass book, I was shocked, a Rs.200/-was withdrawal from my account within four minutes, from the another ATM machine(3248,17 ATM,at 8:27 am) near by it in the morning. I filed a complaint to the Bank Manager Palhera unit, their reply was “You People making fool o[censored]s, it can not be happened & you are wasting your as well as our time” by the way I manage to file the complaint to the Head Branch Manager Meerut Cantt.also. I submitted application to Mr. Chandershekher. He helped me at first instance, but finally shown me the details at his computer system and said, what we can do, you had withdrawl your money from another ATM. This data is manage by Mumbai head office But sir how could this can be possible, why I need just Rs.200/, when I am debiting Rs.2000/-.I explained to them a lot but instead of helping me they rudiley behave with me. This incidence has taken two times with me,second on 05-12-09, Rs.5000/- was withdrawl(1682,17 ATM,8:20 am) and within two minutes from nearby ATM(3193,8TAM,8:22 am) Rs.200/-also withdrawl andthis incidence has also happened with my collegue also. No response had been shown from the SBI. I filed this complaint to Mumbai headquarter also. My first complaint No. is CC[protected] & second is CC[protected].But still same respone.Is this is the way to treat customers. I need a compensation formTHEM for this delay in this problem. Kindly help me. For the last 6 months no reply till today. I am disturbed both mentaly as well as financely.

Plz see the trailing mail.Rs.5000/- Amt Deducted in my Account at Queens Road SBI ATM.The Jaipur Secretrait says that no execess money found ,plz contact where your account was.My account is of Makarpura Vadodra SBI Branch.They says Amt withdrawn from Kutch-Bhuj.Is this possible for one men to withdraw Amt from two different Locations.I had never been in Kutch-Bhuj because I was doing job at APS Pvt Ltd at Jaipur Branch.So plz do the needful.

State Bank of India — ATM : All Time no Money

There are several ATM counters acores the City. But when ever you ask for money at any SBI ATM machine it will give you a Error slip : Confirmed . in few time you will received currency you asked for. SBI is giving advertisement for ATM counters and best service.
Please Check the ATM machine tranjections and shortout the currency required per day (Average) and store the same in the ATM Box , so that SBI can make a good service in a real mean. Specfic ATM's I Visit.1)deshbandhupara, 2)courtmore, 3) Hakimpara, 4)Bidhan Market, SF road.

Bank of India ATM — cash withdrawal of rupees 2000

Sir,
I, Dr. Rajesh Bharti, have an a/c no. [protected] with Punjab National Bank Home Branch District Lalitpur, used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs. 2000/- from my account at the ATM counter of Bank of India at Manik Chowk on 28/04/2010 at 7.745 pm. As soon as I inserted my ATM card and entered details of withdrawal of Rs.2000/- power went off. No money came out. I collected my card. No printed slip also came out. Later I found that an amount of Rs.2000/- has been deducted from my PNB account. Later I complained about this to the Bank where I was issued the ATM but no action was taken. The customer care service advised me to make a written complaint to crm.isgipnb.com.in but this site could not open even after many attempts. Please forward this complaint to the customer care PNB and oblige.

AxisBank — Atm Card not received but cash withdrawal from atm

I am M.S.S.Kameshwar Rao opened a saving accountNo [protected]
at AXiS Bank Vashi Branch but till date(15.12.09) i have not received welcom kit (Check book,ATM card & Others).After i check my account through net bank then 2200/- deducted from my account

The same informed to Mr.Brijesh on dated 28 oct 09 then after 10 days informed to Mr.Vikrant but till date no response from each persons.

So ple advise us how can i get that money.

SBI — Amount Deducted but not credited to my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using your ATM Debit Card since past 2 years provided by my company namely Knowledge Works Global Limited. You have been providing wonderful uninterrupted services to all the customers however I am afraid to tell that I am not satisfied with your service.

I had withdrawn amt. of Rs.2000 from ICICI ATM bank on 5th June, 2010. The amount didn't got withdrawn but the same was deducted from my savings account. Also, the payslip didn't came out as the ATM machine was not working properly. I didn't knew if the machine was working. Again, I tried to withdraw the same amount of money from another ATM machine and this time the amount was withdrawn but the slip was didn't came out as there was some problem with the ATM machine.

When I checked the balance, a sum of extra Rs. 2000 was deducted from my savings account. The security guard of ICICI ATM bank told me and others whose amt. was deducted but now withdrawn told us to submit the complaint from at nearest ICICI bank. I couldn't submit the form as I was moving out of town to attend my friend's wedding and the ICICI bank was also closed at around 06.00 PM IST. I did called SBI customer care on 5th June, 2010 and I was assured that the amount will be credited to my account however this didn't happened.

Again, when I checked the balance today (14th June, 2010) the amount has still not been credited. I did called customer care again and the executive told me to provide the transaction details. Can you tell me how can I get the transaction details when the slip was not printed out due to non working of ATM machine. Also, please tell me at which bank (SBI or ICICI) should I complaint this about the transaction details..?

SBI ATM Card — cannot receive cash but amount debited from account

On 26th june 2010, at 11:25am, I was try to withdraw cash from RBS ATM Vikas puri with my SBI ATM card. after entering required cash amount while I'm waiting for cash then.at the time of delivering cash... the ATM machine shows the messege " Server Down- Machine Out Of Order". then I had to try hard to get my ATM card back from Machine but cash not delivered nor the slip. afterwards I went to SBI ATM Vikas puri for cash withdrawl. where I came to know that without receiving cash of 8000 Rs. my balance got debited from my saving account. then I made complaint to customercare of SBI. my complaint no. is AT[protected]. Please try to solve this complaint and so that i can receive my money back...

State Bank of India — Cash not received from ATM but amount Deducted from account

I SBI customer tried to withdraw Rs.10,000 from my savings account on May 9th 2010.But no cash came out of the ATM machine, though Rs.10,000 got deducted from my account. I made several complaints with the customer service and with the Branch manager.Till date no action taken...They blame the ATM department , saying only if they give the fund can they transfer it to my account....Its over 2 months...I am still waiting...I have no clue what I should be doing ....I am thinking of approaching the consumer court...Hoping to get some help.
