State Bank of India — DIS FUNCTIONING OF ATM MACHINE

Dear sir/madam,
From the past one week or more we are facing the problem of dis-functioning of ATM machines in the city of Tanda and Vidyutnagar of the Ambedkarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh .We have regularly informed the management of the SBI of the above mentioned district regarding the dis functioning of ATM machines but no head was paid on that.The people of Amedkarnagar are facing the above mentioned problem very frequently when most of the time in a month the ATM of the SBI remains dis functional. So as a customer of SBI as well as resident of vidyutnagar of Amedkarnagar district I request consumer forum to take appropriate step against the SBI in order to protect the rights of consumer.

State Bank of India — Money deduction from bank account

I, Monika, have an account in SBI bank
(a/c no.[protected]). On 17th June'10, I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from Central Bank of India, Delhi but the transaction failed. However, money was deducted from my account.

I have transferred an amount of Rs.3300 from my SBI a/c through sbi atm to my I ndian overseas bank a/c Debit card by visa money transfer option on 19.07.2010 but till today( 9.22 am of 23.07.2010) that amount not credited to my iob a/c where as the amount debited on same day on 19.07.2010 at 6.30 pm.

Sir, I Prithvi Nath an account holder SBI Kumargat Code No 3795, A/C No [protected] and my ATM Cardf No is[protected]. Sir on 11 Mar 2010 while I was using the ATM SBI Chas SBI ATM ID No S1AN00358601 due to electric failure I did not get Rs.2000/- from ATM. I complain to SBI Manager Kumargat on 24 Mar 2010, but till date my amount not credit.

Sir kindly I request to you take necessary action please.

today around 12:03 pm i tried to withdraw 40k and i got a slip printed " sorry unable to process" but 40k from the account has been deducted ... and slip i got has no response code printed but transaction is code is 1844. and i have esquire from bank that the same transaction(1844) code has deducted 40k from my account..so pls help me in getting back my money..

Union Bank Of India - Debit balance in my A/c without any reason

I am Ashish Vishwakarma customer in UBI branch Civil Line, Azamgarh and my A/c No. is [protected]. My account debit Rs. 1559.00 without any reason or transactions dated 14.09.2010 time 3.42 pm and this time ATM card had my purse.Then I complain in our branch t I met the Branch Manager regarding this, he was unable to accept the matter. But the matter is true to my best of knowledge.

Kindly Please action this matter and refund my balance immediatly

non drawal of amount from atm but deducted in sb a/c of Sbm (Main), Bellary — ATM complaint about non withdrawal of amount but deducted from a/c (sb)

On 15/09/2010by 10.55 am I M.KHAJAVALI drawn Rs.20000 from SBI(main), Bellary atm after the time is out i have not received the amount & also no slip then I cancelled the process and by the side from another machine I With draw the same amount the amount was received but in slip 20000 is deducted twice from my sb a/c of NO.[protected] A/C of Statebank of mysore(main), Bellary immediately I went to my acount holding bank and I consulted with the manager and he asked me to give a written complaint and the official said ur amount may be credited after 12 days I phoned to the help line also but weak response was given and said that the amount may be credited within 24 hours. But till today the amount is not credited to my a/c even after 20 days also no message has sent to me that my complaint was lodged or not. Till now no information is there to me. Please help me in this regard so that my amount is credited to my a/c soon, so that i may pay my sons engg fees. No response from my bank..

JNTU) Andrapradesh... from my indian bank ATM... 10, 020 rupp has been dedected from my saving acc... though i havnt got any cash... the slip what comes out from atm printed that transaction declained and "UNBLE TO PROCESS"... i checked my balance from sbi bank then i came to know that 10, 000 r has been dedected by indian bank..

Respected Sir,

I undersigned hereby state that Rs 10, 000/- amount was erroneously debited to my account, although I have not received any cash from IDBI bank’s ATM machine on date 01/10/10 at time 17:34 hrs.

The event happened as detailed below.

- As SBI ATM machine located at Kadbi Chouk and HP petrol pump, Dus Number Pulia was not in working and showed OUT OF ORDER board, I went to IDBI bank’s ATM for withdrawing money on date 01/10/10 at time 17:34 hrs.

- As soon I entered the Amount Rs 10, 000/- to withdraw from IDBI ATM machine, it displayed that “UNABLE TO PROCESS - INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT.” And transaction ended without printing any slip.
Transaction number may be 784.

- To get confirm the above shown massage, next minute, I made request for balance inquiry in my saving account. This transaction number 785 showed the balance of Rs. 20, 217/-, which should have been Rs 30, 217/-

- Then I withdraw Rs 5000/- vide transaction No 786, this time the avail balance in my account showed Rs 3892/- which was again incorrect.

- To confirm the actual balance in my account, I verified it by getting a Mini statement slip from SBI bank’s ATM located at Kadbi chowk. In this transaction no 7756 slip showed that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited to my account although I have not received any cash due to cash was not delivered from the ATM machine.

- Hastily I rushed to the State Bank of India Panchpaoli Branch, and described the unfortunate event I faced while making transaction in ATM machine, to the Public Relation Manager. He replied that, today there is a problem of server’s connectivity.

Dear Sir, I am one of the satisfied customers of your bank services of SBI, also availing ECS payment service. And hope for your kind attention and help in the matter.

I request you to please arrange for REFUND of amount of Rs 10, 000/- (ten thousand) which was wrongly debited from my account.

SBI - ATM — Non receipt of cash from ATM and bogus debit for the same in the account

Dear Sirs,

I bank with SBI, Ambalamugal and my account no. is[protected]. Today (14.10.2010) I have tried to take a sum of Rs. 900 from Indian Bank ATM at SM Street, LIC building, Kozhikode but I couldn't receive Rs. 900/- or the balance slip from the ATM.

But when I checked the same in my net banking details, a debit is made to this extend. Whereas I did not receive the cash of Rs. 900/-.

Kindly arrange to re-credit the same amount as the ATM did not function properly and I couldn't receive the money or slip. The details are given below in red colour:

SBI — I AM NOT YET GET MONEY FROM SBI BANK ATM BUT AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY HDFC BANK ACCOUNT

I went to SBI ATM on 12/10/2010 near by Jangstion branch. I had type Rs.700 for withdrew but Cash not get. But Amount debited my HDFC BANK account. So Please credited at Rs.700 in my account.

I am T.S.Anandakumar,holding account in SBI,Arcot Branch, a/c no. [protected].When i used Indian Bank ATM at Timiri(arcot) to withdraw Rs.10,000/- on 14th july 2010,the amount got deducted from my account but i did not received the amount.Even after so many complaints given in the particular branch,they are not taking neccessary actions on this,and keep on stating i will get back the amount soon.Wish to know,if else any procedure available other than these to get back my money.

Sir, I have try to book an e- ticket from my login pagebrhalf of irctc.The ticket of train no 2343 Darjeeling Mail from sealdah (sdah) to new jalpaiguri (njp) was try to booked my me schedule date on 18-12-10 but at that time an amount to the tune of Rs.538 deducted from my account on to day i.e 09-11-10 but the ticket was yet to booked due to login failure. So I have requested to refund the money at the earliest for any financial lose or facing some difficulties further any more.
