[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — deduct 10000 from my a/c

my name is afsar ali, my a/c no is [protected] deduct 10,000 RS. at thekma atm on 27/05/2011. when i used my atm card in atm machine i enter the pin no that is not accepted atm machin. afterthat i gone to in bank i checked from the bank counter he told me amount is proper your account. after three days i gone to bank for withdrawl my money. he told me withdrawl he amount before three days at thekma atm machine. i shocked i was gone to the manager told him everything he replied you withrdrawl the amount. properly. but i told him i am not withdrawl the amount.i complaint the headoffice two to three times but not satisfied answered please do something early as possible. thank you.

I SURESH KUMAR K C having an account in SBT, mayur vihar branch Delhi, a/c no is [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs.4000/- from my account on 22nd october 2011 from the AXIS bank ATM 97 new delhi, at that time i entered an amount of 4000, bt the machine replyed that" enter multiples of 100" after that i could not get any money from the balance.After one day i checked my account through internet, there was an amount of 4020 deducted.now iam very regreted.4000 is a big amount for me.so kindly take a necessery action .

My ATM card No[protected].On Dt06/04/2012 i pushed the card to atm machine no-S10B[protected].The machine bacme hanged.I pulled out and withdrew cash from the nearby machine no-510B[protected] correctly.Message came to my cell no-[protected] for both the transactions, I did not typed my atm code to the hanged machine, but message came for withdrawal of Rs10000.I went to the local SBI Branch and lodged complaint.After a few days my complaint was disposed and there was no return of my money to the A/C.The Bank people say that it was a theft, while i pushed the card to the 1st machine they say, my identity remained in the machine.Therefore someone used my PIN at the hanged machine immediately with help of another person at the 2nd machine while i withdrew cash at the 2nd machine.Iam not satiisfied to the explanation.Bank must assume responsibility fof safety of my money in the A/c.Why such a system is given in ATM machines that can not be controled by the bank and used by computer experts to theft money from poor people like me? I want my money returned by bank and want to surrender my ATM card.I want to live in 19th century not in 21st century, the age of gadgets and computers.
