State Bank of India — ATM wrong deduction | |||
Respected Sir On dated[protected] i go to ATM at Bungal time approximate 09:45 pm to 10:00 pm. I tried to withdrawal a some Rs. 1000/-(Rs. one thousand only) but when i tried to withdrawal the money above said amount then the ATM Machine stop and i cant receive my amount. I complain to Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dhar Kalan (Pathankot) he was taken from me account number and ATM card No. and said your money will back within a week. After a week I go to SBI Dhar Kalan Branch and meet with Branch Manager he again said please wait more one week. I complain at[protected] from this customer care No. i received a complain No.AT[protected] on dated[protected]. From SBIPSG i received a massage "Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT [protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the detail please contact the branch." On dated[protected] at 11:49:42am. I go to Branch but nothing doing from them for this wrong deduction .
