[Resolved] State Bank of India — Withdraw my Fund and Pension | |||
To, The chief Manager SBI, CPPC, J.C.Road, Patna Sir, My late husband "Sri Bhairav Jha" was a pensioner and he was drawing his pension from Janakpur Road, Pupri Branch through SBI A/C No. : [protected] Vide PPO No. : 270437. He died on 7th Oct 2009. I, Mudrika Devi being his wife and now his widow has submitted on month of January all required paper duly attested along with his death certificate to Janakpur Road, Pupri Branch. Who has sent it to CPPC for action but no action has been taken. The bank told that within One month your pension will start but it did not start till date. When he died he did not withdraw her four months pension. After her death when we told to bank for her balance fund transfer to my Account. Then bank give some document and told give the disclamer. After some days we give all necessary document. Then he told I will inquiry all family member who have been signed in this form. I accept it. But till date bank is nither take any inquiry nor transfer my fund. When we go to branch the manager said I have dispatched your all document in CPPC patna. So you wait 15 days but till date its not end that period. The Bank not give any satisfactory reply. At age of 62 I have no other source of income and because o[censored]ndue delay in Family Pension I have suffered financial losses in last 1 year and had to bear hardship physically and mentally.
