MY CARD NO. SBI CARD NUMBER: [protected]

ON 19TH NOVEMBER, 2008, AT ABOUT 8.15 AM THE ABOVE CREDIT CARD ISSUED BY SBI HAS BEEN “ PICKED UP” BY WESTERN RAILWAY AT MUMBAI CENTRAL RESERVATION COUNTER OF CREDIT CARD, FOR REASONS NOT KNOWN TO ME.

ON ENQUIRY FROM RESERVIATION COUNTER, I WAS JUST INFORMED THAT THE CARD HAS BEEN PICKED UP AND THAT I CAN GET BACK THE CARD ONLY FROM SBI

ON THE SAME DAY AT ABOUT 8.45 A.M., I HAVE INFORMED ON YOUR PHONE BANKING SEVICES ABOUT THE INCIDENT.

PLEASE THEREFORE NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN USING THE CREDIT CARD FROM 19TH NOVEMBER, 2008.

INCIDENTALLY THERE ARE NO DUES PAYABLE BY ME ON THE ABOVE CARD.
