State Bank Of India [SBI] — Only one staff behind the counter even at 11:30am at the Gardanibagh Branch, patna

There are at least 20 people standing in line with only one staff managing everything even at 11:30am on a Monday morning. This is causing huge trouble to people who have to go to office. It is making the 10 mins work a 2 hour thing.

i am student .The STATE BANK OF INDIA BRANCH DIMNA ROAD MANGO SANKOSAI, bank staff don't made demand draft of customer...they tell it not make to possible, without any reason.i have no proof .
