This is to bring to your kind notice that I had taken my airways no from standard charted bank on 7th of this month from that time I called up so many times to your office every time they told us you will received your packet shortly but still I haven’t received my courier. So I would like to request you to do the needful asap.

I'm SBI account holder. I have opened the saving account before 4 months ago. But still there is no single document (ATM card, Netbanking details) received.
I have visited so many times to this branch but I doesn't getting satisfying answer from them.
SBI manager suggested to apply newly for ATM card and submit the form with 200/- rs fee again to get a new card.
My question is, why I have to pay 200 again as it is SBI's mistake that they have sent it at some another address.
I'm really eritate with this type of service. Please help me out.

i hv send my application 3 month bfor with my brakd ATM bt in last 2 month i din,t found my atm

I have opened an account in SBI.NAND NAGARI , DELHI branch in Jan,2010. I received ATM card in May,2010. Still I am waiting for PIN number. I enquired about PIN in SBI.NAND NAGARI, DELHI branch. They replied that PIN number has been damaged. but they did not tell me when my PIN no came and when damage.
Now the month is June. I dont know how many time I have to go to NAND NAGARI BRANCH SBI
To get my PIN number.

I have applied for ATM card more than 4 times. But neither ATM card recd not any information recd from your office. pease solve it.

ATM CARD PIN — Not getting PIN of ATM card

Hi, I opened account on 31 oct 2011 but still i didn't get PIN of ATM card. I complained this issue in bank but it is not resolved.
