I have a saving A/c [protected] SBI, Treasury Branch, Kakinada. (01425) . I applied new cheque book on date 13/5/2011. I also contact my branch, but they said within 15 days cheque book reached at your direct home. But till 2/6/22011 not received.

i mr kesavulu.s.s, a/c no [protected], chittoor main branch andhra pradesh, and also i maintained a/c in your bank fast 10 years, till now iam not reciving cheque book so please as soon as sent the cheque book

SBI BHU VARANASI UP Branch is not providing proper customer care services and bank personnels are ready to fight with customers on requesting to lodge a complain, even.
What is to be done with this branch?Even manager remains absent in duty hours.
I am suffering for last 12 days after submitting my cheque book requisition slip to this branch for issuing of new cheque books and no body is ready to listen there, now.
Is there any remedy?
