Sir/Madam, My aunt received her SBI atm card in 2006 for her account maintained in new washermanpet branch. She doesn't know that she has to receive the pin number for the same. Today she went along with me to the branch to get the same and was informed that the card has been expired and need to contact customer care. When contacted the same they told me that the atm card issued is a call urgent life time card and needs no blocking. They also told me to request for a new pin at the branch. I came to the branch at 1.25pm to the branch and waiting till 3pm and above to get attended. I find in this state bank of india branch a very poor customer service and also a very pathetic response to the customer from the staff. Still in the bank now. Was this information helpful? | |

RESPECTED BHIM APP MNG,
while using bhim app for transferring money the transactions failed on the next day 3360rs deducted from my account and kept under hold by the bank till now the hold was not released.

The thrikkaderi State bank service is very badly some staffs are not treat customers. Today i just go to my thtikkaderi branch and take token. My token numner is 105. But unfortunately i not hear my token number because My ATM card blocked issue related cleared some doubt other staff. Next called 106. Then ok iam waiting for the 106 token clearance.. then next give my token 105. The staf is very angry with me.. now today is not rushed in my branch.. i requast you pls take any action that employe.
