[Resolved]  State Bank of India — misuse of home loan documents

dear sir,
I have applied for a home loan at SBI alipore branch in the month of april 2009, while my agreement with the party was vanished on june 2009. After passing of stipulated time they fails to deimbursed me the loan, also they did not given any feedback to me about there processing during this period. After that i had applied for withdrawal of loan application with all my legal documents but after passing of two weeks they did noturn the same now they use this documents for other service like credit card, mutual fund, insurance, etc with harrasing me daily .
So, i requested you to please help me regarding this
