[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM Cash dispensation

First of all i would like to state my deep displeasure against the SBI caption- safe banking- To the benifit of all, Dont ever bank with SBI - My experience proves so. I am an account holder with SBI, long ago i tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 1, 000 from an SBT atm in bangalore, when the cash was about to dispense, ther was a power failure and i did not recieve my cash. when i checked my SB account later it showed a deduction of 1, 000 from my account, soon i informed the bank officials where i hold an account- ie. banashankari branch, bangalore. Its been more than 3 to 4 months now despites several reminders, courier, telephone charges i am yet to get a satisfied reply nor my 1, 000 rupees.

when i tried to lodge a complaint by accessing the SBI site- none of the links is working. Thats what you call as rightly stated in the SBI add- surprisingly SBI.

now, my next plan is to write a series of letter to SBI top officials as well as RBI. my only relief is that i am behinf 1, 000 rupees, just imagine if it was 10, 000/- so my word of advice to all- dont ever bank with SBI.
