[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Irresponsible behaviour of SBI,Hal Branch,Bangalore

Sir,
I am holding an account in SBI ,Hal branch ,Bangalore
While i was withdrawing money from a btm layout ATM power went and 400 Rs was deducted from my account and i could not get any cash .
so i launched a complain against this more than 10 times in SBI hall brach,SBI head office.
I also submitted more than 3 applications and I personally met with the Manager and Concerned Transiction Holding team of the HAL branch.But Nothing happend From the date of Incident (15/07/2007).
Now if i try to call the manager of this branch he says"Forget that money ....we cannot do anything for you"
So please suggest me what to do???
If we as a proffesionals working in Big firms of India are Cheated By this Core Indian Bank then how one can think of giving correct ness to normal people.

Referring to above subject this is to bring to your kind notice that I wished to withdraw Rs.5000/ at SBI SIDCUL ATM(SIANO 1049601) at Rudrapur U.S.Nagar on 03/10/09 first instance the Transaction was denied one second try the transaction was materialzed but the amount released was Rs.4000 instead 5000/.Thus a total sum of Rs.10000/is debited from my account where as I have received only rupees 4000/.Therefore, your kind self is requested to look into the matter so that the money is retrieved/credited back into my account No.[protected] SIDCUL Haridwar.

I am a costumor of SBI Lucknow Bhaptamau Branch. This is not only true for Bank dealing and Internet banking which I have faced but also many services provided by SBI. Its surprising to see that Bhaptamau branch of SBI do not have a “May I help you” counter. I have found most people working there are active but not user friendly and irritating. Its good thing to try, ask someone in SBI where do you get the form or just anything, their answer is, you won't get it here, rather then telling where can you get it. come later, you can't get forms now, come on Monday etc are their common excuses of not working. I strongly believe that SBI should be privatized or at least semi-privatized, Which seems impossible due to the number of people working there. I have started dealing with SBI Lucknow Bhaptamau Branch since 2009 as there are not many other options. I havent been happy a single day going to SBI bank or ATM.

Bangalore — Need an extra SBI ATM

There is only one SBI ATM in Kumarswamy layout,which will be in heavy ruch all the day.
We need another SBI ATM near 15F Bus Stand.
I am holding A/c [protected] in SBI bank Bangalore. Sir, the problem is, burden on the staff is to much and the number of consumer that they are handling is big, because of this the consumer's always get late. Fore only one transaction they have to wait for an hour.

So this is my request to you to look into this matter.

i too observed the same kind of issues with sbi.I went for a new account to be opened in bangalore church road branch.Most of the time the employees are out of office and the proper service is denied. I happened to go there one to three time a day for availng internet banking facilities(TPT), and when thngs where not done.i completely stopped banking with them...

The worst experience i am undergoing now in SBI trivandrum, Althara baranch.A customer service personnel was introduced me for home loan services.ANd being a non resident indian, to get proper information and procedure regardig it, itself is becoming a very diffiult task.After many queries to that person to his professional emaild id, there is no reply at all. If they cant give a reply they should rather tell people we dont provide loan.I am kind of fed up in the start itself.so now i am thnking of going through icici for loan.Better to depend on private sector for easy and painless procedures.
last two days before i m going at sbi (kashmira gate ) delhi .
there is a Madam Miss/mrs Madoli having very rude behaviour against me . she telling me that
"this is not a mandi ' why are you standing here we doesn't need o[censored]r account i[censored] want to open your
account so open or not then go.

dear sir, i am dr g sahoo a/c no-[protected] i had been to the branch of soro, orissa for my troubles in atm card operation.though i have two atm cards, but one card pin no is not memory.i faced some troubles in my tour. so i cordially asked to help me in this regard what to be done. the behavior of the bm was not good to the me.
he behaved like i am a beggar,
branch managar could not satisfy me rather he made me out by security forcibly and he was in gossip with thier friends in mobile.if such type of behaviour and nudity is anticipated from a manager, then all hopes and reliance would not be seen for the cusomers.so i hope the necessary steps may kindly taken on bm for the smooth running of our branch.Thanking you,

I am dr g sahoo a regular cusomer to sbi soro branch balasore, orissa. I am having joint ac bearing the no [protected]. My one atm was facing some operational problem. I had been to the branch to meet bm of the branch. He could not take the matter into account, rather the bm s. N sahu misbehaved me and showed nudity. Even he forced me out by his security. As a doctor it has touched my heart and i am mentally shocked on this incidence. If a bm would show such type of beaviour to me then what would be to others. So you are requested to take quick action on him for the interest of all the customers of our bank.

sir i m having an a/c in SBI mayur vihar phase 2 new delhi 110092.i given a complaint about the money was not withdraw by the atm but deduction was done rs10, 000 by PNB ATM NEAR TO PARGATI MAIDAN IN NEW DELHI. I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND WENT TO MEET ATM MANAGER IN BANCH BUT NO SUFFICIENT ANSWER I GOT. PLEASE DO SOME THING IT IS NOT A SMALL MONEY IT IS ABOUT THE RS.10000.

Dear Sir,

With great agonoi I would like to bring your kind attention abount the commitment made by SBI Regional Office Satna regarding premises to install new ATM at Main Road, Waidhan, regarding the issue kindly note the following :

1. Being old & regular customer of SBI Waidhan Branch, SBI had allowed Cash Credit Limit, Housing loan, Car loan & SBI Shoppe loan facility and all of mine stated loan account are regular since bigining.
2. During the month of August Branch Manager Mr. Hemand Dixit, Waidhan Branch had enquired me about any premises to install a new ATM.
3. On confirm information & discussion with Shri Shrivastava Ji, Singh Ji officer Waidhan Branch I offerd mine premises situated at Main Road, Waidhan to establish ATM.
4. In the month of August one of your executive Mr. Shravan from Bhopal had visited the premises & he prepares compled map & after confirmation he requested to remove all previsously installed furnitures & fixure and commited to return within one week along will all necessary interior.
5.Again In the month of September one executive from Bhopal had visited & he has white washed the premises. He was white washed the premises in presence of Shri Shrivastava ji field officer Waidhan Branch.
6. Again in the month of October one executive from Bhopal had visited & measured the the premises in presence of Singh Ji office Waidhan Branch and assured to installed ATM within 10 days.
7. During all above activity I was continuously in tuch with Shri Chandrachur Ji & I allowed to do so on his commitment/assurance that he has taken permission with higher authority.
8. In the month of october nither any personnel has enquired the matter nor any material related to ATM had reached to install ATM in my premises.
9.In the month of November I received information over telephone through Shri Chandrachur Ji that he has handed over agreement to dispatch department for dispatch and within 2-3 days I will get agreement through Branch Manager Waidhan Branch.
10. After nearly 10 days I got information that Mr. Chandrachur Ji has transfered to any other department & Shri Ravindra Ji has posted on the place of Shri Chandrachur Ji & he was unknown about the matter.
11. On regular enquiry over telephone sometimes with Shri Chandrachur Ji & somtimes with Shri Ravindra Ji, always I was receiving information that matter is under process, you will get premises rent from the month of August.

Sir, nearly 5 months are going to be over still matter is pending with Satna Branch, neither SBI is lefting the premises nor any step related to installation of ATM has been taken till date.

In view of above I humbly request you to kindly interven into the matter immediately and let make payment of premises rent @5000.00 per month as agreed from the month of August 2009 & keep it regular.

In this regard your cooperation & early reply shall be highly appreciated.

Personal — SBI ATM

Sir, My name is S.Rahamthulla, I am accessing my saving account in SBI,Guntakal, Anantapur Dist., Andhrapradesh from Mar-2005. My ATM was damaged so i have applied for a duplicate ATM on[protected] paid 200/- and submit form. Again I paid 200/- and submit form. But still i didn't receive NEW ATM by Post. So many times i complaint to Branch Manager & Incharge Officer but they are not giving response. they told that u must wait. still i am waiting from 3 months.

Hi,

This is a complain against the SBI Banaswadi Branch manager. When I went to him for attestation of my certificates(unware of the fact that he is not Gadgeted officer).
At first he told me that he is a Gadgeted officer and then he charged Rs 100 for every certificate he had to sign.
Please take necessary action against him.he is simply fooling people around. I have closed my SBI account with this branch and have even advised all my friends to close their accounts for such a behaviour.

Irresponsible behaviour of the Manager, SBI, Sector-10-A, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Sir,

I am holding an account in SBI, Sector-10-A branch, Gandhinagar since last 14 yrs.
While I was want a Form for personal loan. I already eligible for personal loan. My salary account aloso their. I submit all proof and documents for requirement of loan. But the manager Shri Singh saheb not issue me a Form.

So please suggest me what to do???

SBI Complaints - Irresponsible behaviour of SBI, Alwarpet Branch, Chennai.

As i have asked account opening form to open as account in the same branch. People woring in the branch saying that " COME NEXT WEEK ".

Hence i have suffered so much. If bank employee behaving like this, The royal SBI will lost its valuable custome.


Hence kindly take necessary steps and consider the above mentioned problem.

i have CC A/C in SBI branch office (laheria sarai ) darbhanga, Bihar .Till march/2008 .This loan is against 1lakh 50 thoushand fixed deposite

CClimit is 3 lakh .Account runing somothly after 2 month theft (bracking front door )stolen mobile this time i have sonyeriction mobile soowroom in stock is 4,32,000

loss was somthing 4 lakh 15 thoushand .After than i loged FIR and claim insurance

3lakh claim but insurence cailm give me after 9month .That time suffring from big economical problem . when i give only 2,54,000 claim amount .Then i am not able to continue my mobile business so thats way strated a new sify cyber business ( Information give in branch office ) this time once again my business donot runing good

and my business in going to down . than i am searching gob other town

in this time shop is open ( father's charge) bank is sending notice/legal notice but farther is donot proper manage my a/c he is infom me and come in darbhanga home town

and meet(29 jan) Branch manager he is give me some time (15 day) that time loan manager is going to training befor 15 days i going to Branch 11/02/2009 deposite 20,000

then meet loan manager he is say donot take benifit pay full loan amount in one month

otherwaise FIR in you and see you in court

Sir how can i pay to mouch amount in sort notice

I am Rakesh Singh Chauhan, having An account in Chakradhar Nagar (RAIGARH, C.G.) Branch,
Sir, from last few days my account is showing negative balance of 50, 000 thousand, on
enquiry I came to know that it was the instruction of RBI for the verification of Signatures.

But, Since I was in a private Job and I have Shifted to Orissa, I can not go that branch for
the verification only. Also I think its illegal to Lock the account of any Customer for this reason,
Sir, I have already requested the Branch Manager regarding this matter But not any action has been
taken. Sir, I request you to please do the needfull, as I need the net banking
frequently also my money has been locked in this account.

also i request you to please give some solution, i need the money urgently
