[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Irresponsible behaviour of SBI,Hal Branch,Bangalore

Respectfully sir
i am account holder of this bank branch name- Bisalpur (Pilibhit) code no.-01119
It has eight counter for customers but work is not properly in a way on all counters. If we go any one counter then he sends on other counter, and when we go that counter which he tells us then he sends other counter. this process is continued and customer's work is not completed. at last customer is gone from bank wihtout completing work.
please solve this problem

This is Ashwani Srivastava from Rae Bareli, I have problem with S.B.I. Super Market Chief Branch Manager of Rae Bareli - 229001. I went there with my mother & i want to issue netbanking login id & password from my mother saving a/c. But he simply said me, he is not able to give me that facility (net banking). I think this is very irresponsible behaviour of Chief Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Super Market, Rae Bareli. I want State Bank of India take needful action against Chief Branch Manager who is not knowing the problem of the Customer.
Kindly oblige my complain on high priority bases.

Sir,
I have applied a personal loan at Andhra University Campus Branch for my daughter's marriage. I submitted all the documents whatever they asked me. I affixed Rs.200/- non judicial stamps on the loan documents.But they are insisting me to take a policy for Rs.2, 00, 000/-. It is not correct way to guide the people for giving loans. I am a sbi account holder of Andhra University campus for the last 30 years.

i also had a bitter experience ai am in a multinational company and a fourth class employee pushed me in premices because i was talking on cellphone and was brutually harrased, manager also ignored when i complaint,
actually it all abt government job a below standard fourth class employee also thinks himself as a prime minester.
these people are either placed by paying bribe or simply inherited the job from parents.they dont deserve the job.

this was my 3 bad experience with SBI, the sarkari bank jahan kisi ki koi izzat nahi i simple words any government dog can bite u anytime.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have applied for agreecultural loan approx 6 months back. All required documents provided for this. Despite the fulfilment of all requirements we are still not get the loan amount. My father is 65 years old and has health problems. the bank branch is 12-15 km away from our home. When he goes to bank manager for loan clearance and cheque preparation. The manager pretends like required person is absent today, file has been sent to another place etc. He also asked to my father i dont have time if you want you can complain to authority. My father is retired from teacher and the manager talks like he was talking to a labourer. Indirectly he want bribe to pass the loan. As we are well educated family and dont want to offer the bribe, that is why we are facing this situation. What about the farmers who are not well educated, they will not be able to get the benefit of the scheme government has offered them due to such corrupt managers.

Kindly consider this matter very serious to our country and take an appropriate action. Please suggest us the way to handle these situations as well.

I have an Saving A/c in sbi at vizag branch, as i am working idn delhi near by ashram chowk i had transfered my a/c to new friends colony branch, but now i think it just waste of time by tranfering my a/c he their becoz when i went their for my a/c details they told me you have to fill up the form n bring it 2moro when i went another day they ask me to bring an letter form the office n a pan card, when i went with my letter n pan card, he checked n told that you need the residence proof to be brought as already i ahave sumitted my proof in vizag branch i have tranfered my a/c here.
As i am staying in delhi for rent i can bring any documents, So i am not able to access my a/c

My name is Preeti.Chandrashekar. I have also undergone a very rude and unprofessional behaviour from a senior staff (Branch manager Operations) of Banshankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore 85.

Issue was that I had approached for internet banking services which the lady declined giving me due to unavailability of required balance in account. I agree that it was my mistake that I did not maintain such balance by chance.

What made me angry was the conversation which she had with me in front of all customers present on that day. This is not the first time I am noticing the ill mannerisims of the concerned lady with the customers. The staff should be given soft skills and etiquettes training whilst they are hired.

Here is the conversation which took place between me and the Branch manager operations, BSK 2nd stage, Bangalore

Me: Good Morning madam, I would like to avail the Internet facility. I opened an account almost 4 months ago.

Manager: Please have a seat.
What is this? You did not even maintain minimum balance in the account and you expect us to give you these facilties. We should not even provide you with ATM card, cheque book and all.

Me: So is it not possible now for me to get internet options, what should I do to get so?

Manager: You cannot expect anything from us. Go back and come after 6 months showing minimum balance, then I will give.

This is what was the exact words she used. I thought i would ask her straight away for a account closing form for the way she misbehaved with me and that too in front of so many customers. I left the counter with a tear in my eye, feeling really ill treated and embarrassed.

I totally agree that I had not maintained the minimum balance but the person should have known basic mannerism to convey the message in polite way possible and also she was discussing with me about my account which I think should have been discussed in lowest tone as part of privacy.

If someone from SBI does notice my comments, please ensure that the staff behave properly with customers since banks run on customer's money.

SBI — poor and irresponsible behaviour for customers needs to operate account

My a/c no is [protected] and my name is Laxminarayan, my account was with SBI Dalhousie and tranferred to AFS Jamnagar on 17 apr2010 and address supporting Documents was submitted to bank on 21 june. but no one in bank to see such request. they misplace my address supporting documents, and now saying me very harshly to submit again.

<1> Due to this irresponsible attitude my debit card application is also pending in SBI bank AFS Jamnagar, because my address is not updated.
<2> I have to go to manager every time to authorise my withdrawl form because my account is not accepted by my bank for transactions.
<3> Their working hours are from 11o'clock to their desire time.
<4> They are absent from counters for hours together and, this response long queques infront of counters.

All together the worst bank i have seen that is SBI AFS Jamnagar

Sir, I am Gopal Roy having a SBI saving account at Munger Branch. I always face problem in deposition of cheque to particular account.It takes lot of times to get credited in account. It happened many times that i had to contact branch manager telephonically. Since I reside away from Bihar and observe your other branches working fashion is very effective and smooth.
Now may I have the right to say that staffs and managerial group at Bihar branches are really ineffective, irresponsible and uncare to customer. It is my humble request and suggestion that at least managerial group people should be transferred out to south and west zone time to time to learn the working fashion.

This is regarding the transactions done SBI branch at Banaswadi .Till now not even once has the money got deposited properly into the repective accounts and asking the staff and the manager they never bother about these problems.They make the customers wait until evening saying they have other appontments to be handled.So it would be better if such kind of problems are taken into account otherwise this would be as a request to the customers to never prefer this bank for any transaction as it is never done properly and on complaining also, the staff along with the manager neglect and just do not care to return the money in caseits not deposited.

My self Anurag agarwal, i received cheque from income tax department ch no 551727 amount rs 97510 dated 04/08/10 this cheque deposit to my union bank a/c on 13.08.10 and its goes to clerance SBI barilly main branch for 3 times but allways its refuse give the cleance NO ADVICE when as per IT deparment its advice received on 16.8.10 by sbi main branch PL tell me who is responbill for this three tims bounsing charge and inserting in my bank and now this cheque is cleare in my sbi a/c [protected] after bank times pl give me soullion untill this matter goes to court .My contact no is [protected].

Dear Sir,
The bank Manager as well as staff of SBI Main Branch Bulandshahr (UP) are neither following the prescribed procedure of giving token on withdrawl form nor dealing the customers properly. They are compelling account holders to run from one window to another. An account holder is bound to make a que three times on various windows for withdrawl of amount. The withdrawl of Rs.25, 000/- and above is being done at one window and the dealing clerk is such a lazy person that he take 20-30 minutes in a transaction. The partiality on window and back door transaction also frustrate the accounts holders standing in the que before the window. Bank manager keeps mum on the complaint. At about 1500 hrs, they always pretend that there is not connectivity of the computers. Kindly instruct the said SBI Branch to deal with the customers in a proper way and workwith transparently and impartially.

my name is nitesh ,i am from andhra.i want to bring to the notice of all people in andhra pradesh regarding honda scooters.the cost of honda activa is rs.50000/- approx in all andhra but all the dealers are charging rs 57000/- , i.e Rs 7000/- premium.all the dealers in andhra pradesh have got united and doing this illegal activity.i dont understand what the vigilance dept is doing .have they joined hands with them or what

State Bank of India — Highly Irresponsible Staff

On visit to SBI branch for checking up the feasibility of installation of new swapping machine in canteen and for other finance related discussions, the behaviour of branch manager was very bad. He did not entertain us at all for the discussions and queries. In fact, he shown unwillingness in entertaining about the queries. On asking about the swapping machine only reply we got, "i have never heard such kind of machine". If there is any technical term used in their language for such machines, the public do not know about it. On routine visits also, behaviour of the other staff observed not cordial. Hence as a result nobody wants to visit the bank for any type of transaction or do not want to keep the account itself. Another factor is, because of this more people are diverted towards other banks.

I'm A.R.Pari from Anbil(Trichy), Working as a Secratary in Primary CoOperative Bank, Anbil. Today(04/11/2010) i went to SBI which is located in Lalgudi (ADB Branch) (in Trichy). I went to there for opening an Savings Account.While the Processing of Opening an Account they were behaved as Poor.For this process i'm waiting there for 4:30 Hours. They Said Following Words,
* You May open an account from any other bank. Don't Disturb us.
* I asked About the Account they said Don't Irritating Me.. I don't Like to speak with You.. Just Wait there and I'll Call U..
Single Window Operator told like Before 1 hour only I received your Form .. So You have to Wait
(Note: No Rush in the Bank, They were Simply Talking and Laughing between themselves..)
They didn't give respect to customer those who are all waiting there and speaking irrespectively.. they were speaking in Insulting Manner..I'm so depressed due to this..

100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA . For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. OFFICER Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel's and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally, and all time told that they kill me and my family. Dt. 06.08.2010 Case no.336 U/S: 147, 148, 448, 325, 379/34 Sandip Samanta, doing the case me and my family, and his evidence only his father, mother and his uncle, not a single man in my village for their evidence, it’s a 100% fabricated case.



We got married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Officer Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, how much money Taken Baguiati police form my father and others for 498A/34 I.P.C., fabricated Charge Sheeted, I don’t know, because then I’m in Jail. The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. And now I get only date and date…. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy and a c.d.) with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. Believe me I and my family would love very much (which is very rare seen in our society) to my wife and never any kind of love lost didn’t happen. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother saw 1st time and she arranged my marriage. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots o[censored]nfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother (severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, (Smt. Nita Sarkar J.M. 1st Court Sealdah South 24 Parganas. Date 16/12/2009.) They take 4(four) Advocate at Sealdah Court . I have no any Advocate at Sealdah Court . J.M. 1st Court Sealdah not see my any papers related to my case, Order 1000/- P.M. And now I get only date and date…. I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.



After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.



Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.



When I saw that already near by 120-150 days went by “I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.

As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India (15 times). P.M. in India, P. Chidambaram Union Minister of Home Affairs, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Ld. Chief Justice High court and Supreme court. Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bharat Bachao Sangathan BBS- DS Rao, Anwar H Danish, Vineet Ruia. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Then my question is where I go now? I can’t get Judgment still now. I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.
