i having demat ac. with sbi ...ac. no . ESI116822...I GETTING problem in funt lien . when i trying to do FUND LIEN .its coming like e broking registration is not available. thats why i m not able to do online trading i have this problem from starting when i tried . please help me what can i do its getting so many problems.

DEAR SIR, I WAS APPLIED FOR DEMAT A/C ON 03.01.2010. IN KRISHNANAGAR SBI HEAD OFFICE MAIN BRANCH, (WEST BENGAL, DISTRICT=NADIA, PIN CODE=741101).I HAVE BEENSUFFERING FROM VERY BEGINING FOR THE ACTIVATION OFOF ONLINE TRADING.I GOT MY LOGIN ID AND TRADING PASS WORD AFTER 2- MONTHS. ON 25.03.2010, I GAVE MY INTERNATE A/C USER ID, BO ID, DEMAT USER ID FOR E-BROKING REGISTRATION.MR BISWAJIT KRISHNANAGAR HEAD OFFICE SBI DEMAT DEALING STUFF(PHONE NO[protected])SAID TO ME"E-BROKING REGISTRATION WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER TWO DAYS ".BUT STILL NOW E-BROKING REGISTRATION HAS NOT YET BEEN DONE.PLEASE HELP ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

File a complaint with

chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and with SEBI.

Ask for damages and the damages should be deducted from the salary of the officer responsible for delay as per Hon. Supreme Court Order: JT 1993(3)-SC-33 (non-vicaracious liability).
