[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Debit against non-payment

Hi,

When i open my ATM kit, there was Pin no for ATM transactions but no User Id & Password for Online transactions.

Please send me or mail me my Username & Password ASAP on my e-mail address, so that i can access my account online also.

I have an issue related to my Sbi bank ATM card. Today morning, at around 9:30 I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000 from my ATM card using another bank ATM machine (South Indian Bank ATM), that I have used many a times in past days. After entering all the essentials, the machine gave a message that said "you can collect your cash".
I waited for almost 10 minutes but unfortunately no money came out of the ATM machine. I thought it to be a technical fault & tried again with the same amount, but again the same thing happened. After that I went to an SBI ATM & issued a mini statement that shocked me as it showed a debit of RS, 4000 + 40 from my account.
I called up the SBI customer care & the executive told me that the amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours.
Please suggest me that should I wait or should I register a complaint with my SBI branch.

i got a teared note of 100 rupees without serial number from the ATM of Matour branch Mohali on 14 dec around 9:37 pm.
i contacted to the branch manager mr. A K Vij of Matour Branch Mohali and he said he is not responsible and started misbehaving with me and said get out from here. i again requested and said sir i am a student and i'll complain against you then he said do whatever you can..?


respected sir please take good care of my complain and take a action as soon as possible.

I have a SBI A/c with Atm Card but my ATM card has been lost some days then I can Compalin the ATM blocked but some days before we can get ATM card then I can inform to again Customer care that i can get the ATM Card so plz open my ATM card then Customer Care total to me this ATM card is open your baranch Office.But i have many round in barnch office( Bhind M.P. but my ATM Card is not Working condition then i can face a probelm, not get right responace.
Some barnch bank Officer not take this Serious matter because I can round in barch Office but no one can serious, he is telling to me your card is start in 48 hours but we can try for many times but he is saying to me you will try again but we can not get any posstive respoance till time. My ATM Card No.[protected], so Plz tell me how can solve this probelm, i[censored] can tell me how can start my ATM card, if any how can be start my ATM card So plz do it as soon as possible & if possible then you give to me Confirmation No.?

01.01.09 night I've used SBI debit card at M.R.Puram (BHEL Project) branch ATM Center. Money not received but Rs.4000 debitted in my account. Against this problem I've given request letter and several times discussed with Branch Manager. Still not possible to get debitted amount from Bank.

12.01.09 BHEL Branch ATM & TCL (SIPCOT) ATM not working. Ranipet ATM money not availble. Only WALAJA branch ATM working and having heavy rush.

MONEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAINST WITHOUT PAYMENT ?

01.01.09 night I've used my debit card at M.R. Puram ATM (BHEL, Ranipet) Rs.4000 entered. Money and slip not come. 02.01.09 morning visited SBI and verified my account, above amount debitted in my account. Against this problem I've given complaint to Branch Manager, still I've not received money & any reply from bank. Today (12.01.09) also discussed with branh manager by telephone and he replied me, we've not received statement from Mumbai, than money may be issued. This type of answer / poor service from SBI not at all acceptable. Pongal Festival season our money is locked due to your poor maintenance of ATM. This is very bad and spoil your name from PUBLIC.

KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MONEY IMMEDIATELY FROM SBI, MR PURAM BRANCH

State Bank of Hyderabad — Malfunction of ATM

The ATM opposite NRSA Quarters, Hasmathpet Road, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad 500011 never functions. Either there will be no cash, most of the times, or some problem or other keeps it useless. Will somebody assure regular supply of cash to the machine?

Iam holding an savings account with sriperambadur branch chennai, my account no.is [protected]. i used my debit card[protected]) on 02-dec 08 for encashing Rs.15000 through corporation bank of india (guduvancherry, ATM ID - COBNO80501) but the rupees were not dispensed but the amount was debited and next day i've written a complaint to by acount holding branch, now it is more than 60 days and iam in need of cash, pls. do the needfull as soon as possible to credit this amount to my account.

SBI — Unlawful deduction from ATM without giving out the money

On[protected] I tried twice to withdraw Rs.500/-using by State Bank of India ATM card from the Prayag Station, Allahabad ATM centre . I have not received the money and the slip shows that” transaction declined". When I verified State Bank of India Account in University Branch, Allahabad, I have noticed that the bank has deducted Rs.500 from my SB account which is unjustified and unlawful. It is requested that errant bank should immediately return the money withdrawn from SB account along with compensation. I have complained on line on[protected] and the Complaint Ticket No is

State Bank of India — excess debit from account

i made some purchases on1-2-2009 using my debit card, but at that time it will not worked, but aamount was debited from my account. i was already made a written complaint in the branch.but i didnt get any response till now, my account number is [protected]. in branch they gave the complaint number it is 2180004.please do the needful

I wish to inform you yesterday around 3.50 p.m I swipe my card to withdraw the amount of Rs.300, then ihave noticed my request is being processd, but i have not received amount of Rs.300.00. Then I have taken Mini statement wherein the amount of Rs.300 has got Debited, the security fellow is not available in the ATM

Then I approached the very nearest SBI, Industrial finance branch to inform the same to the Manger Chief, but he is not bothering to reply answer I have also informed him that the security is not there which also he is not botherd. Then one of the customer who avilable in the bank informed to approach the SBI where i have account (Ie., Annalsalai). Even the Chief manger is not ready to hear complaint but the unknown person ready to help,

Then I have swiped in the same ATM and dropped Rs.300 at 4.05 pm

Please take necessary action in this regard and credit the amount immediately, and give proper training to your CHIEF MANAGER, HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, or TO SEND TRAINING WITH PRIVATE BANKS TO GET TRAINING, at least it shoudl be recur infuture.

Student — amount debited from account but payment not done

i am a holder of SBIatm cum debit card. On sunday i.e. april 5, 2009, i made an attempt to book the railway reservation ticket through my accont on the site sponsered by irctc i.e. www. irctc.com.
though amount for the tickets had been deducted from my account's balance, but the site has not confirmed me the reservation. they had a complain that payment has not been done.
So. please process my complaint by the latest and be assured that my amount has been credited back to my account.
and sort out the problems related to net banking through my sbi atm cum debit card.
