[Resolved]  State Bank of India — E Statement and Excessive Charges

I haven't received any statement for over 3 months, but every time the deadline is passed i am asked to pay by a call.Last month I paid all the debit completely but this month again i am asked to pay 2500.

Whats the way to get the E statement and stop this excessive billing.I am not able to contact them through their helpline. Further whats the procedure to handover the card
