[Resolved] State Bank of India — Net Banking - Wrong Debit made to Account and no refund of the money thereafter | |
I hold a savings account with State Bank Of India Narasaraopet branch numbered [protected]. On 5 th September 2009, I have tried making a fund transfer of Rs.2,000 to my friend's account in State Bank of Mysore, Malleswaram branch, Bangalore. Amount was debited to my account immediately by generating a transaction number. However, the amount was not credited to my friend's account. That means, with out actually transferring the money, I was charged. I have approached our branch, they gave a negligent answer saying that it's routed through HO and they cant help. I have put a online complaint for which I did not get any response. I am worried how to get my money back from SBI. I have contacted the branch, customer care and through website also, no response.
