ATM — applied for atm but not received

Dear Sir,
I have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been seven months since i m waiting for my atm cum debit card of sbi and my account no was [protected].My branch is Agartala Branch, Melarmath, Tripura of SBI . But no responce. They said i will recieve my card within two or three weeks but card has not come yet. Also they were not giving me the proper answer. I asked to that person in the bank that where can i ask for my card enquiry. He said very rudely to me that see the phone no at any sbi atm and asked them. He did not reply my answer. What now i can do? please help me as early as possible? Because my monthly salary is getting from this account, i have to draw my salary with cheque which is very dificult for me to be in queue.So, kindly send my atm in following address-

This is rajesh yadav having an sb account in ur bank (sbi) khar ghar Branch and my Account no [protected], Regarding above subject Ihad applied for ATM card 2 months on nov 2nd 2009 but stil i have not recieved my card. Regarding this if i consult the branch they are unable to solve my problem and by this i am facing so much of problem and service is really poor. So pls try to solve my problem

I am Vishwjeet having a sbi a/c-[protected] in your bank(sbi) main branch Gorakhpur(U.P.). regarding above subject i have applied for ATM card near-about 16-jan-2010 but still I have not recieved my card, by this i am facing so much of problem and service is really poor. So plz solve my problem.
