[Resolved]  State Bank of India — PROCESSING OF CREDIT CARD

Dear sir,
I am working as Manager in State Bank of Mysore F & A Department , head office,Bangalore. I was having SBI Card bearing No.[protected] (a/c No.[protected]) and it was blocked and the acccount aslo stands closed. Since August 2009, Your Executives visited our Dept. and campaigned for taking Staff Credit Card. I have applied four times along with documents , But till date , I have not received Card. I have contacted your Bangalore represntatives Mr. Ravishankar and Mr. Shivakumar. They are unable to give either the status posistion nor solving the problem.Simply they will get all the details from me over phone and they will forget. If this type of service is given to Associate Bank Officer,how we can do the cross selling business to the public. Kindly look into the matter and solve the probelm immediately.
