[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Legal Notice & Theat my family Member

I have taken a credit card from SBI Credit Card No. [protected]. After that they made a Mediclaim Policy in Monthly Installment Firstly I Have agreed But Next days I made a call for refuse that and they agree for that but when i recd my first bill i made a call for that then customer care executive said that please made the payment without this & this will adjust in next bill from our side, but i shocked when i see secon bills, i call immediately on customer care center & Talk with them for that they said that sorry sir this has been wrongly credit but we assure you that it will adjust in next month but after that they charges it on third bills also then I surrender that cards with my full & final payment withouts this mediclaim payment. But after that when I recd phone call & legal Notice from Court then I contact with head of the SBI Card & they assure me on my email on june 2007 that in future you have neither recd any call nor any letter from our side but still i have recd letter or phone calls from the SBI even they charge late fees monthly & made a huge bill
