I did withdrawal of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only.) through SBI ATM at MAYFAIR MERIDIAN , Ceasar Road, Amboli, Andheri (west),Mumbai – 400058 on 22/08/2012 (detail of which given below & copy of ATM CUSTOMER ADVICE is attched separately for your ready reference.). My transaction completed message came on the screen but my cash was not come out from ATM MACHINE. I was their for 15 min.after that transaction. But cash was not withdrawan. I even contacted SBI & CANARA BANK toll free nos. But they told me to give written complent to Canara Bank Branch. So I am giving details as follows :
