State Bank of India — Mobile recharge facility | |||
Myself Zarina Salim, recharged using SBI mobile banking application, I got the message informing that the transaction is successful but the balance was not credited, I did it again, but the same thing happened. I tries contacting the SBI customer care, they are telling that they dont have any information on that. Are these people trying to make a fool of customers. I understand that if there is any network issues, recharge might not happen, but why message giving fake information telling that recharge has happened and who is answerable to my query? I want to know whether this will problem will repeat and also want Rs.6/- back that they have charged for recharging using mobile application. Kindly do the needful.
