sir i am an arny officer, iapplied for a home loan in sbi pathanamthitta(7252) purchase.my salary is 50000 per month and ihold adsp account in the same branch.but the bank asked numerous documents from me other than my salary slip from CDA Pune, irrevocable certificatefrom my office.my purchase is for 2500000 plus 250000for the stamp duty and registration.but the bank is giving me only 2000000 which is not 85%of the total 2750000.the bank is deny any DSP facilities for me.
the bank is undervaluing the property which is very close to the kottayam city with all facilities within two kilometres, through some valuer.A normal flat costs 3500000 in the same location today.the bank is not interestd in my purchase even after my reliability as a DSP holder.when i am paying the tax for 2500000 as the property cost why cant i get the loan for my value.i want justice, otherwise what is the privilege as DSP.THE ARE DENYING MY PAYMENT SECURITY AND HAD TAKEN ALL MY INTERIN SECURITY AS WELL AS MY FATHER'S PROPERTY DETAILS, STILL WHY AN I DENIED NY RIGHT.AM I SO UNRELIABLE.my 85% of total cost comes 2400000.pl give a justification since i am going to loose my advance 50000 due to insufficiency of fund.this is a complaint like a litigation because i did all requirenents more than an unreliable customer.

few days back i came to know that i am having 2 atm cards one is that which i have been issued in 2011which i have got and one which i have been issued in 2007 which i never got. and due to this i have suffered a loss of around 50000. what should i do now and due to this i am in alot of trouble please help me ot .

I lost my SBI ATM card (A/c number-[protected]) on 21st of September. I filed a complaint the very next day. but till date i've not received my new card. it is very annoying that my home branch has already received the PIN number. I'm facing lot of problems due to this delay.Kindly provide me an explanation for this.

I KALASH KUMAR got a new debit& shopping card after mutilated old card but not deposited old card by sbi bank, airport branch, kolkata. Now new one card only using this time. If any formality is required then let me know.
