[Resolved]  State Bank of India CPPC Delhi — Delay in credit revised pension

I retired from Govt Of Haryana My PPO No is My pension was revised which was sent to Centralised pension Processing Centre SBI Ch. Ch. Delhi by SBI Sector #1 GURGAON Branch vide no 754 Dated[protected].File no2 alongwithFile No 3 of sh. Ram Charan (same envalop) My SB Acct. no is [protected] Even after a lapse of more than two months the pension and commutation amount have not been credited to my account Kindly credit the same within 10 days under intimation to me..IT MAY BE TREATED AS NOTICE OTHERWISE I WILL APPROACH COURT OF LAW AND GET MY DUES WITH PENAL INTEREST

refer my SBI account No [protected] maintained with SBI Nasirabad (Raj). Rs 18075/- has been credited on account of two months pension ie Jul 2011 and Augsut 2011. My basic pension scale is Rs 11970/- in 'Y' Group. But DA has not been adjusted on Rs 11970/-. DA has been given only on RS 5985/-. Remaining DA on Rs 5985/- for the months of Jul 2011 and Augsut 2011 may please be credited in my account No [protected] at earliest.
