[Resolved] State Bank of India — Disappointed me | |||
Respected sir, Last month i sent a complain regarding wrong deduction of ATM withdrawal on dated[protected] at bungal of Rs.1000/- My saving Account of State Bank of India Branch Dhar Kalan, (Pathankot) Punjab. On dated[protected] approximately time was 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm i received a call from this No.+[protected] he said "My name is Vinod Kumar, customer care agent form State Bank of India, Head Quarter Mumbai " he said me to go at any ATM machine some function at atm machine and yours money will back. unfortunately i was trust on him. i go to Thara Uperla ATM Near State Bank of Patiala, but the atm machine is not worked properly. I was call his above mention Mobile No..+[protected] i told him that ATM is not working properly. He said me to go any more ATM machine but i could not go, then he was said that tomorrow call me when you go at ATM machine. Next day on dated 21.08.2012 at time was 02:00 pm to 02:45 Pm. He said me to go in ATM cabin and follow my instructions your Money will back within 15 minutes. He call me from Mobile No..+[protected] i followed his stupid instructions and he give me a No.[protected] when i tell his that why transfer to this no. when he said that this is a System No. and once time your money transfer to System and yours Rs.1000/-will back to your A/C. he was transferred Rs.1200/- from Account No.[protected]. After all done the process of transfer he was disconnect the phone. i was call to him but his answer is doubtful. Next morning I call his at above Mobile No. but he was not receive my call some time he was call me another Mobile No.+[protected] and tell me wait some time i tried to complete the process. I lose my amount on behalf myself. But if you do something for punish his so please sir take some action. I understand that i was totally wrong, this is my big mistake.
