[Resolved]  State Bank of India — loan fund misplaced, misbehavior

i had paid off my loan a/c of state bank of india, main branch fatehpur. pin code 212601.
after paid off loan payment. the bank manager said there is no payment show on your a/c.
when i said kindly show me the a/c details they do misbehave with me.

and they deney to return my certifiactes.
