Godambari Devi having Saving Account (No.[protected] in your branch past 15 plus years. 13th Aug 2010 my mother has deposited Rs.100000 in the account and I have checked the statement through ATM at DUNDAHERA Gurukul Academy 2nd ATM (TXN No. 7546) same day and the available balance was 106,790.59
I have withdrawal Rs.40,000 through ATM (Meharauli Road Gurgaon) on 18th August 2010, in 3 transactions Rs.15,000, Rs.15,000 and Rs.10,000. The transaction numbers are 7498, 7499 and 7501. After withdrawal I checked mini statement and found Rs. 20,000 also withdrawal thru ATM on 13th August 2010. I truly saying this was not happened. I had taken only Mini statement at ATM on 13th August 2010. 17.29pm
I have called the customer care on 18th august 2010 evening and complained about the transaction error and the customer care executive has informed me that the problem will be resolved in 12 working days and complaint Numbers are AT[protected] and AT[protected].
All the transaction statements 13TH Aug To 18th Aug 2010 are enclosed with the application
