State Bank of India — money not got from atm but debited in my ac

respected sir,
i, manish bassi having an ac in sbi mandi branch in hoshiarpur. ac no:-[protected].
when given an entry of rs10000 in icici bank in delhi peera garhi branch atm..the transaction was not complete there..then i moved to hdfc bank atm nearby in peera garhi branch..nd again i fill d entry of rs 10000 and i got it..i again entered the amount of rs 10000 bt at that time the transaction was timed out...then third time also i entered the same amount nd again the transaction was timed out....dn i moved to pnb bank atm nearby...and there i got the receipt from there..and i found that in total rs 20000 are debited in mah ac but i only got rs 10000 in cash....
i have already complaint to sbi bank...but no actions are taken so far..
i will be highly obliged i[censored] take some sers action against this...
