[Resolved]  State Bank of India — swipe card and lost 550/-rupees

i purchased a book on 16 may 2011 from lyoll book depot bhopal and swiped my sbi atm card for rupees 550/-.amount was deducted from my account.but do not reached the depot holder.i checked my account daily for about 30 days.but the money do not came back. i requested my branch for necessory action but they refused to do so.kindly help me in this context.my account is on the name of shri krishna saad branch state bank of india maulana azad road sanawad dist;-khargone.branch code30031.account no.[protected]. thanking you. shri krishna saad room no.45 hostel c block gandhi medical college bhopal.mobile no.[protected].
