: I am your customer using i banking since long. Presently I have Viewing Rights only. I saw my Branch Manager for Transaction Rights. But despite his best efforts I could not be granted Transaction Rights. Previously I had this Account with your Tularam Chowk Branch at Jabalpur. There also they tried hard to grant me Transaction Rights but had failed. There seems some technical flaw somewhere. Kindly help me get Transaction Rights on my account.Thanking you.
