State Bank of India — payment of 28490 Rs

sir, as i have told you cedit card paymant problem. now they have taken Rs 28490 from me to give no objection certificate. as i told you i have not used the card any where but they asked me so huge amount. i told them to close my credit card in 2001 but they have not taken any response. so what is my fault. sbi bank is a repuited bank if they bekhave like this then there is no one to have faith upon.
