I may please reiterate chronologically on the subject I have been contacting SBI Cards for credit Limit increase past 2 months: 1. I first applied for credit limit increase in the prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant documents by ordinary mail to SBI specified address. 2. After about 15 days i inquired customer service and I was informed that the request is pending process for want of additional documents (last 3 months bank statement showing salary credit) 3. Immediately I send the online statement in PDF format to your email. 4. I then inquired after about 7 days about the receipt of the same and was Informed that it was not received by SBI. 5. I send the documents again. Please see the following acknowledgement mails : a. CaseID=[protected], b. CaseID=[protected], c. CaseID=[protected], d. CaseID=[protected], e. CaseID=[protected], f. CaseID=[protected], g. CaseID=[protected], h. CaseID=[protected], i. CaseID=[protected] 6. Subsequently I received a mail saying “We are currently unable to review the credit limit assigned on your card account “. 7. I replied requesting for specific reason for the above statement. 8. I received a reply saying that since I have an offer for temporary credit limit increase, my request cannot be processed. 9. I then replied requesting to cancel the present offer, and consider my application for permanent credit limit increase. 10. I received a call to this regard, wherein I had to explain in detail all of that has been mentioned here above. 11. After the conversation I got this enclosed mail, that all my queries have been completely addressed and to my utmost satisfaction which is a FALSE statement. I am yet to know the status of my original credit limit application. I have made numerous communication in various forms to SBI Cards, but the customer support have been really below standard.
