Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Kavitha from Kanchipuram, a Savings Bank Account holder of SBI, Kanchipuram Branch. Account Number:[protected]

I have only one Debit cum ATM Card.
This year, ATM Annual Fee is deducted to a sum of Rs. 150 (Rs.50 each in three transactions) from my Account.

I sent an email to [protected]@sbi.co.in; [protected]@sbi.co.in and also called[protected]. But no use other than hearing automated voice system for more than 10 minutes.

Could you please verify my transactions and credit Rs.100 (the amount charged in excess of the actual ATM Annual Fee) to my savings bank account?

I got the same issue with SBI.I went to my branch, they told me to contact [protected]...and customer care told me that there are 2 cards issued in your name so they can cancel 1 card and for refund contact ur branch again and refund seems unlikely
