[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Loss of Reward points

Dear Sir,

I am a SBI Credit Card Holder. I have been awarded with Shop and Smile reward points on the usage of my card. I want to accumulate more points then i want to go for redeem. But meanwhile as a result, I have been losing certain number of points on a monthly basis even I am not redeeming. Kindly, please restore my lost points and please elaborate the correct process to redeem the points and give the chance to get our benefits.

Why should I loss unnecessarily without redeem.
