[Resolved] State Bank of India — Mobile banking problems | |||
Dear sir, My SBI mobile banking user ID ows505. I sent a request for topup of rs,200/- on 3.2.2013, 8.34 pm for Vadafone No.[protected]. The request was accepted for payment vide oxi trans ID[protected]A?(0) Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further get a SMS for successful transaction.(through BT-SBGMBS) But I did not get any balance in my account now today. This complaint filed in our branch also. But yet today I have not received any refund or mobile recharge amount, and also reply any word yet today. Please send me message or answer to this regard.
