[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI ATM withdraw - cash not received but account debited

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000 from PNB ATM located at REd light chowk, Panipat, on 31/05
/2011. I did't receive the cash and saw a message on the screen "Request Processing timed Out".& Also light has been gone from ATM. But surprisingly an amount of Rs. 10, 000 is debited from my account after some time. Please help me to get back this amount on urgent basis. My account is in State bank of india . G.T.Road At Panipat.
Branch Manager refuse to provide any kind of help regarding this. SBI staff member is not co operative with us.Even they said that you can log a FIR against SBI & PNB Bank.

I have talked with customer care at 10 or 12 time but they are helpless.
My SBI Complaint no is : AT[protected]

So it is request to you, Pls help us for provide the payment
