State Bank of India — Passbook Update

I, myself, my parent and my wife are customer of State Bank of India, Seoraphuly Branch. My A/c No. is [protected]. For last two years no Passbook is being update at the cash counter. All Customers including pensioners are forced to go up stare to update passbook. There are 4 to 5 counters for cash transactions in the ground floor and only one counter in the 1st floor is updating passbook. Naturally it takes almost 30 minutes.

Br. manager of this branch have no correct answer to us.

I want to draw the kind attention of the higher authority of State Bank of India.
