DEAR SIR,
KINDLY INFORM YOU THAT I STARTED A INSURENCE POLICY IN SBI LIFE INSURENCE ON 19MARCH 2010 POLICY NO--40004837905 THEN SECOND POLICY INSTALMENT DIPOSIT IN UNNAO SBI CITY BRANCH ON 17MARCH 2011 BUT TILL 19 MARACH 2012 MY PEMENT OF RUPEES 14983 IS NOT PAID BY THIS BRANCH TO SBI LIFE INSURENCE NOW AS MY INFORMETOIN THAY ARE NOT GIVING ANY INFORMETOIN THAT WHERE IS MY MONEY.
