[Resolved] State Bank of India — NON RECEIPT OF PENSION FOR DEC 1022 | |||
Dear Sir, I had got my pension transferred to State Bank of India J.S.P.L Patrapali Branch, Code – 5238, Kharsia Road, Raigarh District, Chhattisgarh State. Pin – 496001, Bank Account No: [protected] from March 2011 onwards. I had submitted my life certificate at the same branch in the month of November 2011 but I have not receive my pension for the month of Dec 2011 up till to date. When I inquired from the brach they said that the do not have the user ID and Password to punch in my pension life certificate to the SBI CPPC Bhopal website. I am running pillar post daily but no action has been taken either by the CPPC Bhopal nor by the branch paying the pension. Kindly please tell me my mistake so that I can do the needful. I had requested to the branch manager along-with the copy of the govt. order - on Dec'09, July 10 & April 11; but my pension is still not revised.
