Your employees working at cash counters are too lazy while taking cash. there is no fixed lunch time in your bank. The employees working treat customers in unmannered way even weather the customer is senior citizen. The cash counters are not quite enough to handle the rush of customers. still your bank in going on opening new accounts although you are not capable to attend the existing customers. when the customers talk to manager he doesn't take any action & the other staff of your bank advise us to "close your account if you are not satisfied". I am working in Northern railways & we have a number of accounts in your branch and now number of employees with me now planning to follow your concerned staff advice to close our accounts.
