SUB: DENIAL OF PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT NO:[protected] MY SB ACCOUNT NO AT S.B.I, SINGARAYAKONDA BRANCH - REQUEST FOR JUSTIFICATION-REGARDING.


IN MY ABOVE REFERED SB A/C AT S.B.I, SINGARAYAKONDA BRANCH, I HAVE A CREDIT BALENCE OF RS 803343/- ON 29.02.2012, I WANT TO WITHDRAW AN AMOUNT OF RS 440000/- THE MANEGER REFUCED THE PAYMENT UNDER THE PRETENT THAT ON LINE TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT WPRKING, HENCE NO PAYMENT.


I REQUESTED THE MANEGER THAT THE AMOUNT IS VERYMUCH NEEDED TO ME AS THE AMOUNT IN TO PAID TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A FOR WHICH I PAID AN ADVENCE RS 450000/- THE TOTALO COST VEHICLE IS 835000/- LORRY I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT TODAY IS THE LOST DATE FOR THE TRANSACTION.


EVEN THEN THE MANEGER WAS NOT CONVINCED.


AS THESE WAS NO OTHERGO, I HAD DRAWN MY MULTYCITY CHEQUE AND APPROACHED S.B.I ULAVAPADU BRANCH. THE ULAVAPADU BRANCH MANEGER FIRST SIGNED THE CHEQUE FOR PAYMENT AND IMMIDIATELY CANCELLED IT. HE TOLD SBI SINGARAYAKONDA BRANCH MANEGER ASKED ME TO CANCELED THE PAYMENT BECAUSE IT IS THE MONTH ENDING.


BECAUSE OF THE REFUCED OF THE PAYMENT I COULD NOT PURCHASE THE LORRY, IN TURN THE ADVANCE GIVEN WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN TO ME AS THE STIPULTED DATE FOR THW AGREEMENT WAS OVER.



NOW I REQUEST YOU TO DO ME JUSTICE IN THIS MATTER AS I LOST RS 450000/- AGAIN MY DONIT ON LINE TRANSACTION ARE NOT TRANSACTED FOR 6DAYS I.E FROM 24.02.2010 TO 29.02.2010.
