State Bank of India — Transaction failed in ATM but money deducted from Account

I am existing customer to StateBank of India and having an account in Manyata Embassy Park.The account number is [protected].
On Ist april 2012 I have withdrawn 25,000.But from my account 40,000 was debited.
Could you please credit the 15,000 back as early as possible.I
