[Resolved]  State Bank of India — harassment for not using the card

I have a SBI credit card which I never used and it expired on 2008. I have neither scratched the code no. nor used it any time but still the agents keep calling every day and demand money. they often pressurize me for settling the accounts. They send letters every month for paying the dues. I have many times explained the things but in vain. They threaten my son who is at home when I am in the office. Don't know their motives.
One agent came to our office and gave the credit card to all doctors saying it would not cost anything but is a useful deal. Therefore, many o[censored]s have taken. I do not about others but I have never used.
Please let me know what to do now.
