I Dipesh Dharamshi, from Vadodara holding Credit Card from your well known bank, and my credit Card number 1)[protected][protected]. have been charged with fees of Rs 499.00/- in respect of credit card fees for the year. I was informed by your executive that if I make a transaction of Rs 2000/- I shall not be charged with this. But unfortunately before making such transaction bill was prepared from your end. Since I have made the transaction of the same amount. I request you to kindly waiver the fees charged to me.
