as mentioned in the subject line Worst service provider (br: ADB Akola) I have seen across my life.
Its hard to complaint against such reputed bank but its true due to senior employee of the bank who don't even know the business language and literally come to office to spend the day instead of work.
Unfortunately its my HomeBranch and i have to spend whole day in non-moving Que (Q includes senior citizens who may not have physical capacity to do so) for simple transaction like money transfer, i complained about it to the said branch manager but its of NO use...
being an employee of one of the top IT company i request there must be appropriate and simple escalation matrix made available for the common people (most of the customers from rural area) to insure the prompt and timely work quality.
It is must to at least maintain the reputation of the bank.
