[Resolved]  State Bank of Patiala — Transaction Cancelled But Amount Debited

I have an ATM card of State Bank of Patiala.On dated 20/07/2009 at around 03.00 a.m. i used the card number[protected] at SBI ATM having ATM ID S1AN00020202 in IIT kharagpur to pay the institute fee of Rs. 32275/- by SBI ATM process. But the screen showed last transaction cancelled and "Sorry unable to process" was written on the printed slip. I used two more SBI ATM in IIT kharagpur having ATM ID S1CN00020203 and S1AN00020201 at the same time to make the fee payment. The amount could be debited from any of these three ATM . I went second time to pay the fee but was shocked to see that the amount was already debited from the account but the transaction was not made to IIT kharagpur account. To view the fee payment by SBI ATM process visit the site http://iitkgp.ac.in/topfiles/feepayment.php. I talked to SBI in IIT KGP but they said no transaction is made from my account and they cant do anything because i am using State bank of patiala ATM card and the account is in moga. So please find out where the money is and tell me to which account the amount has got transferred and help me get back my lost money.

Sir/Madam,


I Mandeep is having a bank account no. [protected] in State Bank of Patiala. I have used my ATM on dated 08/08/2009 at Shimla and given the command for Rs. 3000/- but ATM gave a message for insufficient fund. The ATM used under question was of IDBI Bank.

But later on I found on that the amount had been credited in my account. You are requested to kindly take up to the matter with IDBI Bank authorities.

About SMS Alert.

Dear Sir when my salary cr. than I recived a sms after that any transection I have not recived any Sms. About this matter I got 10 times in bank but not solve my problem.
