i am a new user of internet banking. Today i got the kit and later i received a sms from the bank stating that internet banking facility has been activated.
So using the user id and password given in the kit i logged in. Latter i entered a new user id and the alphanumeric kit no. as A[protected].
The problem is that when i submit this, an error message is coming stating that the kit number is wrong. But the alphanumeric kit number which i entered is correct. I tried many times but still the problem persists. Pl. do the favor for me to sort out the problem.
