[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore, Mg Road Branch — Behaviour of the Chief Manager, Personnel Manager

Last day i had to visit the SBT, MG Road branch the behaviour of the Chief manager, personal banking was really irritating. She never payed any attention to what i had to say. I lost my debit card and i blocked it by calling the CS. but later when i got it back i went to the branch to activate it.. I approached one of the staff there, she said there is nothing that she can do about it.. and she was quite a reluctant to pay any attention to what i have to speak... then i went to this [censored]ing manager and she was also the same... they were saying they cannot do anything... as if the their customer service and they are different companies.. i was told by the CS that it could be activated by the branch only...

"SBT MG ROAD, COCHIN SUCKS" NOT all SBT, coz i get the best of the service from SBT Karimkunnam
