[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore — original documents not returned after closing loan

Original Title Deed (Patta) of family property was pledged for the loan. It is already more than one year since the above loan account was closed. In spite of several verbal requests and written request, they haven't yet returned the original title deed deposited with the bank.
The chief manager and the concerned loan section manager of the bank say that they had no time to search the document which may be in the godown!

Kindly do something about it.
